This book takes readers on the chef’s complex journey towards personal taste construction, in black and white. It targets amateur chefs with strong technical knowledge, looking to deepen their understanding of raw materials.The brief was to design in black and white, and feature pure data with no use of pictures or recipes commonly used in cookbooks. The book includes a visual taste equaliser, and structured chapters to make taste exploration accessible.
