Västtrafik is responsible for mass transit in western Sweden. But how do you act as a public transport provider during a pandemic? Authorities recommend not traveling at all, yet essential workers still need to use the service. The No Douche Bag is a tool to help commuters keep their distance on public transport. By handing out 1,000 free No Douche Bags, Västtrafik reminded travelers to keep their distance in an unexpected way. A new product and a new media channel created real change.
