TfL Go is Transport for London's innovative new travel app. The flagship product introduces a new approach to inclusion. It is designed for everyone, including travellers with mild, temporary and severe impairments. The live Tube map easily switches to a step-free mode and includes detailed information for wheelchair users. The app includes a new, carefully crafted design language that is clear, calm and reassuring, taking neurodiversity and anxiety into account. It also features a designed voice experience for blind customers and works well in large type and landscape.
