On New Year’s Eve, the protagonist relives all the highs and lows of her special 2020 by scrolling through her WhatsApp family chat. Despite the hardship and frustration, she also remembers her family’s support and closeness. Caribou’s Can’t Do Without You fits the sentiment of the film perfectly, and voice messages of family members integrated into the track help to repeat the most important message of the film.
