With its science engagement programmes, the British Science Association reaches diverse audiences in schools and community groups across the UK. Red Stone’s brief was to create a name and brand for a new grants fund that aims to connect the public with the health research sector, exploring new research and ideas around mental wellbeing. The Ideas Fund, its acronym ‘if’ and the ‘spark’ device all focus on the possibilities of public engagement with science. In the first two months, over 27% of users of the new website registered to find out more about getting involved.
