In a year when chaos and confusion dominated the culture, Spotify found a way to deliver good news directly. 2020 Wrapped provided each of its 345 million users with a personalised recap of how they listened and grew in 2020. And for the first time ever, the experience was only available within Spotify itself, allowing users to explore and share unique data stories right from their phones. It resulted in 50+ million total shares, 90+ million mobile users, and a corresponding Twitter topic that trended for over four days.
