Megan Thee Stallion
Graphite Pencil / Editing / Film / 2021
This film is a companion piece to an op-ed that appeared in The New York Times by Megan Thee Stallion. The film focuses attention on the choices and the contradictory messages women - especially women of colour - receive. It’s a rebuke to how women are made to feel wrong or small about their ways of being, using quick edits juxtaposed with pointed observation.
