She Persists: Perspectives on Women in Art & Design

She Persists is the second in a new series of critical readers published by the National Gallery of Victoria. Made to coincide with International Women’s Day, this book is about pivotal moments in, and key contributions to, the field of art and design by women, all drawn from the NGV collection. The design of the book draws from the previous reader but reworks it, through a collective design process, with six designers of diverse backgrounds, in order to challenge our orthodoxies.
