George's Anatomy – Lien Foundation Annual Report 2016–2017
Wood Pencil / Graphic Design / Annual Reports / 2019
George’s Anatomy is Lien Foundation’s body of work, ideas and philanthropic pursuits through the human anatomy. A play on ‘Gray’s Anatomy’ George is a personification of the Singapore-based philanthropic house and name of its founder. Fused with pop-culture references, it is profusely illustrated – Queen Amidala’s amygdala hijack, George’s other 11 famous namesakes and Michelangelo’s David sculpture in the flesh among others. The 4 chapters based on the life cycle of growth, ageing, sickness and death draws parallels with the Foundation’s work across early childhood, eldercare and end-of-life.
