Homework

In “Homework”, a group of kids have a blast completing a homework assignment about gravity, while a gruff-voiced narrator recites “Homework, Oh Homework”, Jack Prelutzky’s classic poem about hating homework. Our main challenge was to make the new iPad and Apple Pencil feel like the perfect tools of creativity and learning, while making homework seem fun. To do this, we created a story where a group of kids come together to study gravity by performing experiments anyone could love, like hurling a watermelon and egg off a bridge, ghost-riding a bicycle, and even creating an anti-gravity chamber.
