The New York Times Special Sections
Yellow Pencil / Magazine & Newspaper Design / Newspaper Sections & Supplements / 2018
The New York Times is dedicated to innovating in print, so the magazine started producing these singular, visually driven, print-only broadsheet sections. The goal of the Sunday sections is to surprise and delight readers. In May, the first ever kids section was created, in July, an annotated constitution, in August, a total solar eclipse section, and then the second kids section in November.
