Lafayette Anticipations is an art foundation aimed at showcasing experimental work that challenges people's notions of art. The challenge was to design a brand that embodies the anticipation that audiences feel when experiencing art in this space. At the heart is a dynamic, mechanical typographic system that appears to be in constant motion. An algorithm automatically randomises the position of letterforms each time they are typed, embodying a brand that is ambitious, always moving and unpredictable.
