Society in India has conditioned girls to think that sport isn’t for them. They’re told it’s a waste of time, to focus on studies, that they'll get a tan, and it will hurt their marital eligibility. Our task was to change all of that. We had to reintroduce sport to girls in a way that felt fresh and exciting. We did this by making a music video that featured a strong sport squad set to a specially commissioned track that sounded as good in the gym as it did in clubs. We called it Da Da Ding. The ad became a rallying call for girls to get out, telling them that with sport, anything is possible.
