The Life Is Electric project was launched to rediscover the true value of electricity. We charged 21 eneloop batteries in 21 different ways. The batteries are outwardly similar, but each contains a very different kind of electricity. For each one, we created a custom-designed package, catalogue, and video of how it was charged. We held events where people could see and touch the charged batteries, and start to think about electricity in a new way. By transforming electricity into something cute, we made people care more about it.
