Aston Martin DB10 - Built For Bond
Wood Pencil / Product Design / Industrial Product Design / 2016
For Bond film Spectre, Director Sam Mendes wanted Aston Martin to design a completely new car. It had to be beautiful, contemporary and timeless, but in an unexpected way. Like Bond, it should possess a classy, quintessentially British demeanour and brutal power.
The DB10 was designed with the poise a shark-like hunter. Instinctive, agile, powerful. Its elegance characterised by a low nose and grille, and simple yet hard lines that slink back to protruding rear shoulders.
Since Spectre, the DB10's identity has become a global design statement for the future direction of Aston Martin.
