People don’t understand that just one extra drink can double your chance of being involved in a fatal accident. To cut through and connect with a cynical audience we used a comedic tone of voice to show people in the awkward situation of refusing that second drink. They may, in the short term, be unpopular but, more importantly, they’re alive.
