Winterlands

Whether it's outside your window or inside a snow globe, snowfall remains forever mesmerising. Winterlands - AKQA's holiday card for 2014 - brings the magic of winter to the palm of your hand, while harnessing the latest developments in interactive 3D computer graphics. Along with a generic version, 13 interactive snowscapes - one for each of the AKQA offices - were digitally recreated and presented in full 360°. Users can travel through the environments, exploring by moving the phone in any direction and, of course, making it snow with a shake. And lucky loved ones can receive your bespoke personal messages via email, SMS or social networks.
