EDF is the world's largest electricity producer. To most French people, that means little but bills and big industry. So, to remind 26 million customers that EDF also develops services to help them in their everyday lives, and to build new relationships, Havas Worldwide Paris didn't just produce a TV spot. They created a TV series. In the first ever advertising spin-off of an existing TV series, the ads play off the success of comedy series Platane (Plane), starring popular French comedian Eric Judor.
