Sylvain Chomet's French parody of the Simpsons opening sequence has Homer eating snails, Bart force-feeding a goose and Maggie lost in an unusual locale. Created to promote the 2014 series ahead of its launch in the US, the teaser gained over 10 million hits in two weeks and garnered much praise from the online audience, many of whom demanded an entire episode in this style.
