What Sh-ts You? Bowel cancer is the second leading cause of cancer related deaths in Australia with people as young as 30 being diagnosed. Yet, it’s no surprise nobody likes to talk about the health of their colon. To prompt conversations, full page press ads listing quirky things that give people the shits, encouraged them to contribute online while also becoming aware of the prevalence of bowel cancer.
