You know what I miss the most? Being carefree.' This remark, made by someone recently diagnosed with cancer, inspired the ‘If Only For a Second’ project. Twenty cancer patients were invited to a studio to have their hair and makeup done, but they were not allowed to watch the transformation. When they were finally allowed to see the results, a photograph immortalised their moments of surprise and happiness.
