Flaneur Magazine
Graphite Pencil / Magazine & Newspaper Design / Entire Magazines / 2014
Flaneur presents one street per issue, embracing the street’s complexity, it’s layers and stories through a multi-disciplinary exchange between artists and writers. A clear framework is formed by the Art Direction that acts as a pillar to help suspend various elements of the magazine and continuously bring the reader back to a fixed point. The street’s layers are deepened through use of different papers, French fold and reoccurring photographs of street corners as chapters. Flaneur aims to conceptually push the boundaries of a print magazine.
