The Chase
Wood Pencil / Film Advertising Crafts / Direction for Film Advertising / 2014
Continuing from the famous 1980's Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard commercial, this spot reveals the lost footage of what started with two well-dressed gentlemen in Rolls Royces pulled to a stop: "Pardon me, would you have any Grey Poupon?" "But, of course!". As one man drives away with the beloved condiment, an epic chase ensues through their neighborhood, complete with luxury retaliation in the form of a champagne-bottle machine gun, Fabergé egg, bombs, & a caviar slick. Luckily the whole ordeal ends with our high-class men landing through a grocery store ceiling (aka Grey Poupon heaven).
