How do find and recruit the best young engineers in the country? With a poster that put them to the test. To prove their skills students had to figure out the answer to this highly complicated equation. 0The answer itself was a unique phone number that put only the most talented students in direct contact with an engineering recruitment officer. This use of posters narrowed the field for us, and helped recruit some of the best young engineers in the country.
