Killing Kennedy
Wood Pencil / Digital Design / UX, Interface & Navigation for Websites & Digital Design / 2014
We were tasked with creating a companion site for the movie ‘Killing Kennedy’. On KennedyandOswald.com, we blurred the line between creativity and technology by developing an interaction mechanic that was also a narrative device. Focusing on user experience we created a cross-platform parallax site that intertwined the story with the site’s scrolling functionality. The site garnered more than 150,000 unique views in a few days. During the two-hour worldwide TV premiere, almost 5,000 people interacted with the live-sync technology, a new National Geographic Channel record.
