We wanted to celebrate the 20th anniversary of traditional fashion brand Pleats Please by Issey Miyake, and to appeal not only to the loyal fans but also to a wide range of customers. The concept behind these visuals is ‘delicious’. Pleats Please clothes evoke an instant reaction such as: ‘Oh, that looks so delicious!’ and ‘Oh, I would love to wear that!’ This inspiration came while reviewing the brand’s clothes and guided the design concept.
