‘The Daily Abuse’ is a 48-page newspaper filled with nothing but the names of 241,095 children. Produced by Innocence in Danger, it comprised 210 articles, diagrams and ads filled with names that represent the children who are abused on one single day. The final sentence of each article reported what had been done to them. The newspaper was published on 19 November 2012 – the International Day Against Child Abuse – in nine languages, across 23 cities, with 720,000 copies and over one million readers.
