Nine Inch Nails front man Trent Reznor has taken on a new musical endeavour with his wife, Mariqueen Maandig, called How to Destroy Angels. To launch the track ‘The Space in Between’ the band looked to MJZ’s Rupert Sanders and The Mill Los Angeles to create a striking video of bloodshed and gore. The showcase piece of the video is the devouring flames that ignite the hotel room. As Mariqueen passively sings, the luminous glow ravishes her, until she is consumed by flames. Plates of the live fire and singer were composited to create the Joan of Arc-like moment.
