RUBBISH Two and a Half
Wood Pencil / Magazine & Newspaper Design / Entire Magazines / 2011
Issue Two and a Half from cult fashion read RUBBISH is an oversized celebration of playfulness. Limited to a run of 1,000 copies, the publication follows on from the success of the annual format of issues one and two. Creative director Jenny Dyson commissioned long time collaborator and art director Bianca Wendt to design this issue, with contributions from many fashionable creatives including Henry Holland, Holly Fulton, illustrators Ruth Clifford, Anthony Zinonos and Blue Bushell, writer and co-founder Jack Dyson and philosopher Alain de Botton. Contributors’ portraits were created by Dot Jones, aged seven. Theme: playfulness. Lots of fun for all.
