A Japanese man gets his daughter to pose for his new state-of-the-art 8mm camera in this film festival promo. However, she doesn't move apart from grinning and giving a peace sign. "It's a movie," says her father. "You should do something." The daughter dutifully goes into a frenzied modern dance routine much to the shock of her father and a passing woman. The father's comment is repeated as a call to visit the film festival.
