Scotch Malt Whisky Society Label
Wood Pencil / Writing For Design / Packaging / 2006
The numerous whiskies sold by the Scotch Malt Whisky Society have always had a generic bottle label. That was before 26, the non-profit association promoting the better use of language in business, decided to pair 26 writers with 26 designers to produce, as the keen mathematicians amongst you may already have calculated, 26 unique labels for a selection of malts. This is one of the labels. Along with the other 25, it can be seen in 26 Malts: Some Joy Ride, published by Cyan Books.
