Teleshop
Wood Pencil / TV & Cinema Crafts / Writing / 2006
The piece aimed to highlight the fact that due to various loopholes in international law, arms dealers were still able to trade weapons far too easily and without fear of prosecution. The Teleshop spoof made the point that they might as well be selling weapons on TV because all the good inconsistent laws are also helping the arms trade. If people want change, then they could join the Amnesty International petition to put pressure on the world's governments to sign up for an international arms trade treaty.
