16 Palace Street
Wood Pencil / Branding / Brand Applications Printed Material / 2006
16 Palace Street is a grade A office development situated in the heart of Victoria, London, SW1. We created a visual branding theme based around a character called 'Bob', an archetypal white plastic figure found in architects models. For the brochures six life size versions of 'Bob' in various poses were created. These were featured in the building photography to bring a sense of scale and proportion, just as these figures would in an architect's model. In the 'location' brochure, 'Bob' literally takes the reader on a tour around some of Victoria's amenities and attractions. For the launch party invite, a small architect's figure introduces the theme and white chocolate 'Bobs' make an ideal promotional gift.
