Picture a world where not only do sea levels rise, but the very ground beneath your feet is slowly submerging. Well that’s Jakarta, a bustling metropolis sinking deep due to excessive underground water extraction and the increasing danger of rising sea levels. However, not many Indonesians are even aware of this issue due to the little to no awareness provided by the Indonesian media. We aim to change that with Sink About It. Sink About It is a Google + Typocircle campaign that aims to not only spread awareness, but also bring about tangible change to Jakarta’s sinking crisis.
