The "Sweat is Good" campaign is a natural progression of the "Dirt is Good" values. By using a positive and empowering tone, Sweat is Good seeks to inspire young adults to dream and dare, while staying true to DIG’s core values of promoting resilience, creativity, and growth through embracing the messiness of life.
