We all use the same excuse, that we don't have time to take our daily lesson. But, we are constantly finding new ways to waste our time, such as staring at our phones, waiting for the arrival of the rider the minute we place our order. A moment doing nothing where you can start learning a lot.
We created Defeat The Rider. A competition between Duolingo users and Deliveroo riders. If the user manages to finish the lesson before the rider arrives, the user will get a free delivery. The aim of the idea is to show how fast it can be to complete a daily lesson and how easy it is to achieve it by taking advantage of the time that we normally waste.
