New Blood Entry — The Real Skin

Melanoma is the most frequent tumor amongst young people. The problem is even bigger when the skin is black, plumming down their survival rate, because of the lack of consciousness and late diagnostic.

With the focus on changing this, we have infiltrated the space they exist in: video games, to engage with them directly.

Introducing: “The Real Skin”. The first reactive black skin from Fortnite, which will deteriorate as the game goes on. To show how melanoma manifests in a black skin, help them to recognise the signs, and get a faster diagnostic by redirecting them to the BlackandBrownSkin website.

With this, we intend, not only to raise awareness, but also promote the early diagnostic of melanoma in black teens
