Girls don’t consider a career in sports when deciding their future. Even if they don’t want to become professional athletes, there are lot of opportunities in fields related with the sport, like journalism, physical therapy or sneakers design. However, less than 10% of these jobs are performed by women.
Nike believes that sports can change girls lives, that’s why Sports Beyond Sports wants to empower them to discover their passion in careers related with the sport through the Nike+ girls community.
