Our idea was to design a chat to be included in the Burger King app to create a direct connection with the user.On the chat there are their contacts who have an account on Burger King App.Burgerchat has a user experience very similar to the most used chats, this facilitates the path of users who move in an already tried and tested “environment". The chat allows you to order through King Jack, our king of orders, interacting with him in a real conversation in which everything takes place, from the choice of food to the confirmation of the order. There is also the possibility of creating groups with their own contacts in which King Jack will be present who will activate to confirm the order.
