With growing concerns for the environment and pollution caused by the fashion industry, Granny and I were inspired to up-cycle the offcuts she has collected over 45 years of co-owning a family awnings and blinds business. We began experimenting and testing with an acrylic material which is discarded once an awning is made to measure. We quickly discovered and opportunity that its durable and weather resistant quality could transform these un-used offcuts into long lasting every day bags.
