New Blood Entry — Boden World

Boden World is a student-run design studio and clothing brand located in Oslo, Norway. We wanted to create a platform to show the range of our work and to connect with people both online and offline. We do everything ourselves, from concept and production to branding and strategy, as well as execution.

Being a student is very fun, but you can get a bit stuck within the walls of the school. Boden World is our attempt to connect with the outside world.

The concept is based around Boden World being multi-national holding company who owns a large number of subsidiaries. The starting point has been to design various garments for these sub-companies in limited editions, then design and produce a holistic concept around each collection.

By having to do everything ourselves we have learnt more than we ever could’ve imagined.

During 2018, we designed and produced over 65 unique garments, made a 140-page magazine, organized four pop-ups in Oslo and Gothenburg - and last but not least, we had a lot of fun!
