Mexico has a huge problem of domestic workers not being able to change jobs or retire later in life due to lack of education. Our idea is to create a bus service led by Pearson that acts as an informal learning platform for women aged over 55, who work in the informal sector. It would be making use of the time they spend being stuck in traffic travelling to their jobs, and utilising that time, to give them an opportunity to improve their employability.
