New Blood Entry — Harlow Light Trail
Pantone / 2015
Harlow is the UK's sculpture town and the birthplace of the fibre optic - which carries information using light. Combining these ideas by creating sculptures from light came Harlow Light Trail. This is a sensory experience that gives local people the chance to connect with Harlow through colour. The light sculptures are created through a method of light refraction known as refractography and can be projected via 6 booths spread across the town. The colour palette is based on the diffraction of white light - which is split into 6 colours.
