New Blood Entry — Darren Aronofsky Surrealism

I'm interested in the idea of film being an illusion. The viewer is aware that the film isn't real, but still wants to believe that what they're watching could have really happened. I believe Darren Aronofsky plays with those assumptions and confuses the audience of what is real and what isn't. In my design I tried to use that same idea by creating a surreal experience. I wanted to make the viewer wonder about what they're actually looking at. Therefore, I set up a process that distorts typography through the use of a projector and some mirrors.
