The Mindsets Paper

People with Down syndrome aren't encouraged to take part in physical activity, even though fitness has been shown anecdotally to have incredible effects for people with Down syndrome. Yet it has never been scientifically proven, so Canadian Down Syndrome Society and FCB Canada recruited 200 people with Down syndrome to do just that. The Mindsets Paper is a globally unprecedented study that proved the link between fitness and cognition for the Down syndrome community.
