Gastón started his career in 1996. He worked at Grey, DDB, JWT, VegaolmosPonce, Del Campo Nazca Saatchi & Saatchi and Ogilvy & Mather.
During his career he has lead the most international awarded agency in Latin America for 4 years in a row, Del Campo Nazca. He was the Regional Creative Director of Ogilvy Latina during 7 years winning many awards and including the title of 'Best Network in the Region' for 5 years in a row.
In 2011, Gaston and Ogilvy Argentina were awarded for the first time in Ogilvy’s history The Direct Agency Of The Year. Since then Gastón is the President of “Circulo de Creativos Argentinos”, the most prestigious creative institution of Argentina.
In January 2012, together with Anselmo Ramos and Fernando Musa, he became Founder of DAVID. A first name basis agency of the O&M group and WPP, that has already 3 offices in Sao Paulo, Buenos Aires and Miami.
DAVID works for many global brands including Coca-Cola, Burger King, Powerade, Aquarius, Heinz, Mondelez, Shell, Sony and Milka.
