eBay: Give A Toy Store

This 2011 holiday season, eBay teamed up with charity Toys for Tots to launch Give-a-Toy Store, an interactive window display in both New York and San Francisco, which lets you donate a toy by scanning its tag with the eBay mobile app. Once scanned, the animated toys come to life, encouraging passers-by to get into the holiday giving spirit. To accommodate those who couldn’t stop by in person, we created the Give-a-Toy Store that lived on eBay.com and Facebook, allowing people to donate whenever they felt inspired.
